Rapid Prototyping Services, Professional manufacturer of CNC Prototyping and 3D Prototyping in China.
I designed this custom store Vac hose adapter for the first time using Fusion 360.
Insert 2 'hose on one side and accept 2-on the other side-
1/4 vac accessories.
I can't find this part anywhere in the size I need.
This is a great project to learn the basics of Fusion 360 and 3D printing.
Check out the video of my project and click here to check out my website article.
I found it very easy to start this project in Fusion 360. I drew a 2.
2 'circle, and then draw a 2.
4 'circle, move 1 up. 5'.
I use the Loft tool to connect the two.
Then I drew a circle of 2 'and moved it up.
25 'and connect it to the main body section using the loft tool.
Next, I chose 2 'faces, 1/5 squeeze '.
I use the Shell and Hole tools to empty the entity object and then export the STL file.
I import the STL file into Cura.
Imported mm so I had to change the size to 82. 55mm long (3. 25').
I rotate the object to make it stand vertically.
I chose the Dense option to make sure it is strong and then save the GCODE file to the SD card.
I have an old Folger Tech Prusa i3 3D printer.
This is a kit and you can still get them today at a fairly cheap price with the same core components.
I insert the SD card and print it out and it works!
The fittings slide firmly into the hose and the vac accessories slide into the cone end with good friction fit.
Thank you for checking out the first 3D printer project I designed myself!
