It is worth mentioning that the tolerance of CNC prototype is depended on equipment’s ability directly, we adopt the advanced CNC machine with tolerance reaches up to 0.05mm.

Handcraft: there are many work pieces and tool marks on the surface of prototype after machined by CNC. It needs to be engraved with sandpaper. When we are polishing it, we should use the bold sandpaper firstly, next small sandpaper step by step. To make the prototype looks smooth and exquisite.


Sand blasting: blasting a layer particular covering the box prototype to reduce the roughness and improve its abradability.


Anodizing: making the prototype have a oxidizing reaction on its surface, forming a layer membrane to protect it from scraping.


After the box prototype completed, it remains test in the end. The most of companies aren’t strict with this process, some even lack of it, which leading to some mistakes of prototype after it delivered.
