Here are the manufacturing process details:
1.Programming: Our programming team set the CNC tooling path according to client’s 3D drawing.
2.CNC machining: Input the 3d drawings into Computer Numerical Control center and implement the command, CNC machine will start working and the cutter will move on the material block according to the tooling path.
3.Polishing: There are some burrs and rough parts on the aluminum parts after CNC machined. It requires polishing and sand blasting to make the parts smooth.
4.Surface finishing: We could anodize any colors for our clients with the color samples or pantone numbers.
We could provide low production cost and fast lead time for 100-5000pcs of aluminum or plastic parts machining. If you don’t want to make a tool with high cost, just send us 3d files to get a best machining cost.
