In rapid prototype making, In addition to the most commonly plastic material to use, we can also  processed using silicone and rubber material to make. Rubber is formed by silicone molding.  Make electric silicone prototype:Put the evacuated liquid material into aluminum mold and make the mold in the aluminum mold.Take the mold into machine to accelerate the solidification.

Surface finishing:There are some burrs and rough parts on the prototype after machined, it needs to de-burring by hand.

QC and Shipping: Organizing production inspection and outgoing inspection, provide quality assurance report according quality Dept. demands.After checked eligibility,our production department's staff will packing carefully with carton case or wooden case.
