A car consist of 10 thousants of components, wheel hub is one of the biggest part among them, not only does it make the car looks beautiful, but also it protects the car. that is why develop a new wheel hub is necessary. When developing a new part, it is only an idea in our mind, we can't find it's defects. By making rapid prototypes, our idea will be turned to be real model so that it is easy to find the shortages.
Several years ago, we made a rapid prototype about wheel hub, because the wheels need sustain huge weith, so we choose the PC plstic which with much more strong property. prototype was made by CNC Milling, the involved surface finishing including Polishing, Painting, the logo was sticked on the prototype.

CNC machining: input the 3d drawings into Computer Numerical Control center and implement the command, cnc machine will start work and the cutter will move on according to the tooling path.
Polishing: there are some burrs and rough parts on the prototype after cnc machined, it needs to be hand-deburred by sand paper.
Painting: spraying the prototype with any color which the client required.
High gloss:The part will be painted UV premier paint, Then put in uv machine, lighted by UV light to make the surface turned to be harder and shinny, and will be protected from scuffing.
