As Aluminum Alloy has the advantages of high-hardness, easy-machined,low density and so on, so it is widely used in prototype making. The tolerance of prototype is nearly 0.06mm after polished, which is very precise in the industry. The process of making Cavity prototype

CNC machining: input the commands into Computer Numerical Control center and implement the command, tungsten steel knife will move on the material  according to the tooling path and eliminate the spare parts finally.

polishing: there are some burrs and rough parts on the prototype after cnc machined, it needs to be hand-deburred by sandpaper, but deburring the aluminum prototype is more difficult than plastic prototype.
