a. Programming : our engineer analysis the data of 3D drawings then transfer the data into Computer Numbers Control system.
b. Cutting: prepare material, we often use ABS panel to produce. Generally above 100mm thickness panel like 150mm is difficult to buy, we have to order from the supplier with certain of lead time.
c. CNC machine: according to the tooling path, the bitter will do the cutting on the material. will get a final shape we asked for after machining process is completed.
d. Surface finished: after machining, we will do the cleaning, de-burring, polishing as per production instruction.
e. Painting: we will paint the unit according to the client demand (Pantone number)
f. Silk-screen; print Logo and letter or pictures on the surface accordingly
Through the prototype you could verify whether the design is right or not. It could reduce the difficulty when assemble to minimize the risk. The prototype will be very useful for sales to demo to client or trade show. A good prototype can save your time and cost until launch to the market, because, you would need at least 25 days to do the molding but prototype just takes 3-5 days.
