Tuowei Model could provide you with precision CNC machining service. We have large cnc machines with 3/4/5 axis. Our machines are equipped with automatic tool changer and the processing accuracy could reach +-0.02 - 0.05mm.

 

There are different kinds of aluminum grade for your choice. We could provide aluminum5052,6061,6061-t6,6063,6063-t6,7075etc.

5052 is often used for sheet metal fabrication as it is softer than 6061.

6061 is the most commonly-used aluminum material,which can be made for mechanical parts.

Both 6061 and 6061-t6 have a good anodized finish.After t6 treatment,aluminum will have a strong corrosion resistance and strength.

6063 aluminum material is used for architectural doors,windows and curtain wall frames.

7075 aluminum is the strongest material of these grades.It has very strong impact force and corrosion resistance.It is often used for aerospace parts.
