A solid plate of aluminum plate was machined on our SURKER CNC machine, There was a particular challenges on this project. the client asked to make the tolerance in +/-0.05mm, which required to use a very stable metal block and skillfully programmer.

The surface need to be clear anodized, which required to be made in one block, because the surface will leave a ugly mark if some parts welded together.
