In rapid prototype making, In addition to the most commonly plastic material to use, we can also  processed using silicone and rubber material to make. Rubber is formed by silicone molding. This is special process by silicone molding, we need to create a master of plastic first, then, use the master to duplicate the product with limited quantity. The advantage is anti- high temperature and strong elastic.

Silicone is formed by aluminum molding. The advantage is the viscosity are dilute, easy to operating removal the mold, does not distort, unshrinkable,  surface is smoothness, the simulation is good. Some client have special requirements to make the silicone electricity, we can be accomplished as much.

Manufacturing processes of Electrical Silicone Rapid Prototype in Tuowei:

 Programming: Our programming team according to client’s 3D drawing, written as an instruction program

 Make aluminum molding:Usually the aluminum molding period of production is 5 days.

 Make electric silicone prototype:Put the evacuated liquid material into aluminum mold and make the mold in the aluminum mold.Take the mold into machine to accelerate the solidification.

Surface finishing:There are some burrs and rough parts on the prototype after machined, it needs to de-burring by hand.

QC and Shipping: Organizing production inspection and outgoing inspection, provide quality assurance report according quality Dept. demands.After checked eligibility,our production department's staff will packing carefully with carton case or wooden case.
